The Master Plan Task Force presents the following Master Plan for public review. The Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 18th at the Public Works Facility on Lockehaven Road to adopt the Master Plan. Members of the public are invited to attend. This Plan includes the 2022 adopted Master Plan chapters (Housing, Transportation, Land Use, and Economic Development), as well as the five new draft chapters up for adoption (Natural Resources, Town Facilities and Services, Recreation, Heritage and Preservation, and Energy and Sustainability). Enfield LEAPS was built on the community engagement conducted in 2021 and 2024, direct outreach to relevant boards and commissions, and extensive analysis of the topics.

This version was revised with light edits on December 17th, and includes the completion of the Implementation chapter matrix.
